- SCOPE OF ROLE: The Senior Employment Specialist assists veteran participants in preparing to re-enter the civilian workforce by providing person-centered, employment-focused case management. They connect veterans to resources, training, certifications, and workshops that support job search, placement, and long-term job retention.
