The Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) is responsible for the overall effective development, implementation and support of the person supported road map to leading the meaningful life they choose to live. The QIPD is responsible for ensuring each plan is developed and supports Person Centered Thinking and Planning.  The QIDP will help to lead teams in creating meaningful activities and valued outcomes for persons supported in the areas of community integration; socialization; recreation, volunteerism and mindful motivation. Promote, research and provide activities that further enrich people’s lives, while providing options in both the program setting and community environments.  The QIDP ensures that services provided by the DSPs are properly documented and adhere to all OPWDD data collection regulations to ensure proper billing of services render.   The QIDP is to support DSPs in increasing their knowledge and ability to capture service and experiences provided via training and modeling.  The incumbent will support Program Directors during periods of high demand and will provide ongoing coaching and opportunities for learning to the DSPs   This position has aminimum and a maximum salary of $58.500   Person Centered Planning - Ensures that a person-centered focus is used to provide care and support by all staff who work within the program actively seeking out different approaches. - Ensures a positive climate that promotes respect and dignity for people supported. - Supports the person’s independence, choice and outcomes. - Promotes participation in activities of meaningful daily living, such as vocation, recreation, volunteerism, engagement. - Provides prompt, efficient, and personalized support to meet requirements, requests, and concerns. - Provides opportunities for people support to personalize their environment, schedule and experiences in program. The Intake Specialist will; - Screens and assesses applicants applying for emergency shelter, SUS/Palladia Veterans Services & Homebase. - Serves as the primary initial SUS contact point for Veterans and their families. - Navigates applicants for program services through intake process, documentation standards and necessary supports. This is an overnight shift.   The Shift Supervisor will monitor and ensure that active treatment is provided to individuals with developmental disabilities ensuring consumer safety and respect of consumer rights.   Responsibilities: - Supervise and instruct all Direct Support Specialists on shift - Responsible for overall functioning of the facility during the absence of the Program Director and Assistant Program Director. - Responsible for the physical condition of the residence including agency vehicles; ensuring they are maintained in a safe and sanitary condition - Responsible for client and agency funds and expenditures during shift (petty cash, client monies, clothing monies, recreation etc.) - Ensure appropriate follow-up to medication administration during shifts and after client medical appointments Benefits Overview: We offer attractive compensation with comprehensive benefits including: Medical/Dental/Prescription/Vision/Life Insurance;403(b); Credit Union; FSAs; Short-and-Long-Term Disability; Transportation Plan; Generous Paid Vacations and Holidays   The salary for this position is Min$17- Max$18.00 per hour
