  • Position Overview

    Responsible for the monthly reporting function for FEZ and acts as liaise with a financial NAV System, monthly closing Reporting Package Preparation and financial analysis of relevant accounts.

    • Act as the key finance liaison to the Revenue Cycle management team
    • Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and analysis for Developmental disability business unit. Assists with preparation of month and year- end closings. Closely monitor trends and variations in financial performance.
    • Maintains and reviews Balance Sheet, P&L and general ledger which includes preparing and coordinating timely and accurate monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements.
    • Analyze financial data, and provide ongoing analytical support by monitoring the revenue cycle department’s actual and projected revenue. Communicates financial concepts in a clear and persuasive manner that is easy to understand and drives desired behaviors.
    • Assist CFR report at year end
    • Oversee operational areas including: financial reporting, and other administrative functions.
    • Liaise with other departments and third party vendors regarding monthly billing, collection and compliance.
    • Work proactively with the business team, to identify opportunities for expense reduction or productivity improvements
    • Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business policies and procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements and promote their implementation.
    • Assists in preparing for annual internal, external and regulatory financial audits
    • Perform routine and ad-hoc financial Analyses, and other duties as assigned


    • Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant with emphasis on financial analysis, and compilation of Financial Statements preferably in a Non-Profit environment.    
    • Experience in Fund EZ and/or NAV is a plus.                  
    • Intermediate and advance level skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  
    • Demonstrated knowledge of methods and practices of bookkeeping and financial record keeping and proven ability to conduct moderately complex accounting functions.
