The Shift Supervisor provides supervisory oversight and training to residential aides and maintenance staff. Supervision includes, but is not limited to, ongoing individual supervisory meetings; building inspections, ongoing feedback regarding job performance; coordinating work schedules, timesheets and requests for time off; coordinating work assignments; evaluating paperwork and documentation including the Security Log and Maintenance Work Order Log books; coordinating security and maintenance staff training, development and evaluation. May be required to fulfill duties of residential aides and/or custodial personnel in their absence. He/she will be responsible for maintaining fire safety and developing Fire Safety plan and training all staff on Fire Safety Procedures and Building Evacuation. The Supervisor will perform administrative duties as requested, including but not limited to: filling out transfer paperwork, completing intakes with new clients, compete Incident Reports Maintain roster in CARES and accurately record bedding. Maintains CPR and F-80 certification.
