The Quality Improvement Specialist is responsible for helping to drive improvements in the health and wellness of the clients we serve through managing data that informs treatment strategies and interventions for population. This position is responsible for data collection and analysis and making recommendations for improving health outcomes as well as identifying potential training needs for staff, as it relates to population health. The Quality Improvement Specialist will also assist in the development of clinical pathways and risk stratification. The Quality Improvement Specialist works closely with the Senior Regional Director and Clinic Management Staff, Quality Management and Staff Training & Development, and clinical oversight regarding health outcomes and population health needs.
