  • Position Overview

    The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Director of FP&A and provide analytical support and assist with creating and monitoring of the annual budget.

     

    Job Functions

    • Assist with the creation and monitoring of the annual budget
    • Build financial models to calculate revenue and expense projections
    • Review expense allocations on a regular basis for accuracy
    • Analyze results and provide commentary to senior management
    • Assist with long-term financial planning
    • Cash forecasting
    • Oversee daily work of Financial Analyst
    • Evaluate and implement new budget tools
    • Perform other duties as assigned

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting – Master’s preferred
    • 5-7 years of proven experience – Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
    • Excellent communication skills – ability to present financial data to business owners
    • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel creating models and using advanced formulas
    • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
    • Experience with budgeting/planning applications
