  • Position Overview

    The Assistant Director of Reporting will:    

    • Be a hands on accountant who will prepare the annual CFR reports required by our funding sources.
    • Develop and prepare management reports on a monthly basis which will enable senior management to make strategic decisions to manage the organization.


    Experience Requirements:

    • Experience in preparing the annual CFR and quarterly QFRs
    • Solid experience working with auditors, both internal and external and regulating examiners is mandatory.
    • Experience working with multiple funding sources, intercompany reconciliations, and consolidation of multiple business units is a plus.

    Skill Requirements:

    • Experience in Fund EZ, Ceranic or similar fund accounting systems preferred
    • Strong Excel skills
    • He or she must be able to effectively collaborate with individuals both inside and outside the company.
    • Ability to work well in a large dynamic team environment.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Education Requirements:

    • The ideal Assistant Director candidate will have a minimum of a BA/BS in accounting or finance from an accredited school with 10+ years of CFR reporting experience.
    • Candidates with non for profit experience preferred
