The Forensic Enhancement Coordinator will provide supportive services to individuals with a forensic and chronic homelessness history who are enrolled in various SUS programs. This role involves developing and implementing specialized interventions through various collaborative and community-based initiatives, aimed at avoiding recidivism, by promoting skills which promote rehabilitation, community reintegration and ongoing stability.
The candidate must exhibit strong organizational and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage responsibilities and engage diverse populations. They must uphold the principles of trauma-informed care and consistently align with the core values of SUS.
