Position Overview

SCOPE OF ROLE:

This Project Manager role will report into the Project Management Office (PMO) to drive cross-functional projects from project initiation through delivery, managing scope, schedule and clear communication throughout the project. The Project Manager will leverage Microsoft 365 tools, including Planner and Teams, to enhance team communication, efficiency and collaboration to achieve organizational goals.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead end-to-end project management across multiple departments such as Real Estate, IT, Program, Finance and QA.
  • Build and maintain details project plans, manage dependencies and track milestones
  • Set up and manage Microsoft Planner project plans, maintain accurate task assignments and progress
  • Use Microsoft Teams as the central hub for project documentation and communications
  • Develop and execute communication plans, establish weekly status reports
  • Facilitate effective meetings with agendas, clear discussion notes and action tracking
  • Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating and resolving blockers as they develop
  • Coordinate training, communications and go-live readiness for projects
  • Standardize PMO templates and processes; introduce tools and methods that improve project delivery

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4-6+ years managing cross-functional projects
  • Hands-on experience running projects using Microsoft 365 for project management. Experience using other project management tools in addition to Microsoft 365 preferred
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Experience using multiple different kinds of project management tools, in addition to Microsoft 365
  • Professional certifications (PMP, Lean/Six Sigma) are a plus
