SCOPE OF ROLE:
S:US’ Development and External Affairs team works collaboratively with Board members, executive leadership, program, and finance staff to build internal and external relationships, raise funds, and increase the organization’s visibility. The team includes staff members working in the areas of fundraising, marketing and communications, and volunteer management.
Reporting to the Director of Volunteer & Community Relations, the Volunteer Coordinator will be working to increase the number of opportunities for a wide range of community members to build a relationship with and support S:US and the people S:US serves, especially individual volunteers. The Volunteer Coordinator will work closely with Development and Communications & Marketing teams to further the goal of increasing and/or strengthening the relationship of supporters and stakeholders.
