The Support Services functions at S:US are carried out by a team of professionals with different skills, backgrounds and expertise who share deeply in the S:US mission. Human Resources is considered a part of the Support Services function. The Human Resources Department provides resources and support to the various programs/ departments to collectively pursue the organization’s mission and ensure that all employees have a great employee experience. The Senior Clinical Recruiter is responsible for attracting qualified candidates by using various sources such as social media networks and employee referrals. The candidate in this role will partner with both internal and external stakeholders including program leadership, hiring managers, HRIS, Payroll, hiring agencies, placement firms, colleges, programs, etc. to ensure that a solid pipeline of candidates is available for consideration. The Sr. Clinical Recruiter should be prepared to maintain a strong presence on social media and be positioned to promote the organization’s brand. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Senior Clinical Recruiter are to ensure that S:US attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
The salary range for this position is, minimum $70,000 and maximum $75,000.
