Position Overview

S:US is seeking an Adminitrative Assitant for their womens shelter in Manhattan.

 

Thi position is located at 35 West 126 Street New York, NY 10027.

 

 

 

The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact/face/front line of our program. In addition to clerical duties, you will be called upon to engage and assist with program participants/individuals we serve.

Qualifications

  • HSD or equivalent required
  • A minimum of one-year experience in an administrative setting
  • Some knowledge/experience working in the social service or related field is preferred
  • Computer literate in Microsoft suite, skill sets in Word, Excel, and Outlook

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • College or continuing education preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred
