Position Summary: Clinical Supervisor is recovery oriented to lead multiple teams of “can-do” people who continually challenge the status quo, merging cutting-edge innovation with groundbreaking research to effect positive change in the lives of so many. This position is responsible for assisting with the oversight of a number of grant funded outreach/in reach teams that connect persons served back to all appropriate S:US programs. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for clinical program development, supervision, training and evaluation of professional
staff.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in oversight of the day-to-day operations of grant funded teams.
- Liaison with program leadership to ensure warm handoffs an the facilitation of integrated care across programs.
- Supervise and evaluate staff and interns.
- Review and maintain deliverables across teams.
- Provide agency wide marketing
- Promote staff development to ensure clinic staff possess core competencies to effectively support/treat persons served.
- Participation in committees responsible for quality assurance, incident management and utilization review.
- Oversee EHR and procedure training of new staff.
- Responsible for Incident Report submission.
- Provide direct care services as needed.
- Assist in managing persons served crises and onsite and offsite emergencies.
